One 750ml Bottle of the Excellent 1999 Vintage of Viansa Vineyards , Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon , RESERVE . Founded in 1988 by third generation Sebastianis, Viansa was created as a way to share their love of good food, Fine Wine, and Italian Heritage. Viansa’s tile-roofed Tuscan Villa sits high above the Sonoma Valley on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees and Vineyards, overlooking our 90-acre waterfowl preserve. Adorned with hand-painted murals, Italian marble, statues, fountains, and tiled courtyards, the Villa exudes classic Tuscan charm. Based on a Heritage of Italian Vines, generations-old Winemaking knowledge, and unique Wines, Viansa is the Premier producer of Italian varietal Wines in the United States. We also offer an array of Award-Winning California varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, as well as our own Proprietary Blends. Once picked, our Grapes are rushed to the Cellar while still cool, so that we can press them immediately for Best Flavors. The juices are fermented before being transferred to Barrels, Casks and puncheons for aging. We use only the Finest French Oak Barrels, Italian-made Casks and American Oak Barrels, since we truly believe that every little extra effort reaps big rewards. 1999 RESERVE Cabernet Sauvignon : Our 1999 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Exemplifies the achievement of Prolonged ' Hang-time ' on the Vines. By Blending the Bold Fruit Nuances of Multiple Vineyards, we created a Wine with Wonderful Nuances of Oak and Vanilla from 21 Months of Oak Barrel Aging. It is Balanced with Deeply Elegant fruit tones from the Ripe Grapes. This Bottle is in Mint Condition and is in Commercial Storage . Thank you for looking .
