Cellar Bid Feedback

Feedback is a very important part of Cellar Bid. After each transaction, both Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to leave feedback so that others will know about your experience. Positive feedback rewards those who trade professionally. Negative feedback serves as a warning to others. You can help to make this a safer trading place by using the feedback system.

Where to Leave Feedback:

Once you have bought or sold something on High-End Auctions, the transaction will be listed in the Members Area, in either the Invoices for Purchases section, or Invoices for Sales. Leaving feedback is listed as one of the options for each transaction. You may also access feedback through the item that you have won or sold.

Feedback trophies are displayed next to each Member ID throughout Cellar Bid. Different Feedback Trophies are earned when members reach certain levels.

Displayed when a Member has a Negative Feedback Score.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score from 0 to 9.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score from 9 to 24.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score from 25 to 99.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score from 100 to 499.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score from 500 to 999.
Displayed when a Member has a Feedback Score 1000 and over.

You should review a sellers feedback before choosing to bid on their item. A good seller will take their Feedback score very seriously, and will work hard to achieve the highest feedback rating. The Feedback score can help you establish a level of comfort with the seller.
